I like so mush how with each additional set she adds advancement for as you become fit. Specially for the people who exercise often and you can start slowly and achieve your fitness goals. She has taken physical fitness training tools and techniques from the show and applies them to her online diet and fitness program. The cardio kickboxing is a great workout that makes you sweat and gets your heart pumping. The workout itself only lasts about 20 minutes and was not challenging at all so this one is gonna be a dust collector.
